The Book
Having parents and many family members who suffer from the disease of addiction I personally know the impact it has on those who are left to pick up the pieces. I share my personal story in my book to help families walk through their journey of difficult times and celebrate the times of success and recovery. - Jodi Russo-Bailey.

Going through the life coaching process helped me gain insight in how to turn around my negative thinking and how I could implement that in almost every aspect of my life. I am very thankful for my coach.

My coach gave me the motivation and support to make a very tough change in my life. I highly recommend coaching for anyone that wants to be a better person/spouse/parent/employee/
Annika K.
Before going through life coaching, I wasn’t even really sure what a life coach does or how they could help me. I learned very quickly, that as long as I was honest with my coach and myself, the sessions were going to be so helpful in meeting my goals in my professional and personal life.
Chris Z.
For anyone struggling with addiction, just know that there is a better life. It is attainable for those who want it. It takes work and dedication, but it can exceed your wildest dreams. I never thought I’d be where I am today. I could never have done it on my own.
Steven A.
The person who is addicted to a substance is preoccupied with their substance. Whereas some people who are wanting to help the addict are preoccupied with the addict. Consequently, neither one of them is living their best life because they cannot shake what they are preoccupied with. I like how Virtual Hope’s concept is not directed just toward the addict but rather incorporates the entire family
